The following cancellation and no-show policy has been created to ensure mutual respect for your time & mine. I aim to provide every client with a personalized & positive experience. When you schedule an appointment, the time is allocated for you exclusively. I recognize that schedule adjustments may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need the following from all clients: CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE At the time of booking a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of selected service(s) will be collected. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you choose to cancel, or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time this 50% deposit will not be refunded. It will be held on your account as a credit to be apply to future appointments. Late Arrivals: All clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be requested to reschedule if there is insufficient time to conduct the scheduled service(s). In this case, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. It will be held on your account as a credit to be apply to future appointments. Any credit not used within one year from the cancellation or rescheduled date you, the client, will forfeit the balance permanently. No shows: Clients that do not cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and do not appear for services will be charge 100% of the original cost for the booked service(s). No-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file. After this fee has been processed, you will be able to make a new appointment. If your card is declined, a hold will be placed on your profile in our system. All fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment.
